“Understanding Neurodiversity” Online Assembly

This spring, Accord School Founding Director Katy Boucher has been traveling across the South Shore talking to elementary school children about neurodiversity. Join us online on Tuesday, May 27 at 6:30pm to get in on the message!

Please use the form below to inquire about affordable options for your school or program.

Katy has developed new assembly programs for elementary school children in grades K-2 and 3-5 to help them understand, with respect and kindness, the invisible challenges of neurodivergence.

Using engaging videos of real student perspectives, tactful stories, and relatable graphics, elementary students learn:

  • What it means to be a curious, caring, classmate

  • The many ways, noticeable and invisible, that we are different from one another

  • Applying the theory of Multiple Intelligences (H. Gardner) to show how we all think differently

  • Fair & Equal: Getting what we all need
