Phil joined South Shore Bank in 2008 as a Vice President and an Infinex Investment Executive after spending eight years at Bank of America Investment Services. Phil's mission is to act as the primary advisor to his clients in helping them define the direction of their financial life. Phil carries the Series 6,7,63,65 registrations and life, accident and health insurance licenses.
After attending Westfield State College, he entered the U.S. Coast Guard, spending seven years as an electronics technician with distinction. He resides in Weymouth MA and enjoys golf, cycling and spending time with his family.

Tom Evans is a retired educator, having served as a classroom teacher and building principal in East Bridgewater, Whitman, and Norwell. In addition to the time Tom currently spends volunteering at The Accord School working with students and teachers, Tom serves as a supervisor for many young teachers entering the field after graduation from Bridgewater State College.
Never one to forget a student, Tom has been a beloved educator to thousands- and always has a story or nickname for every one. Students, well after they have left Tom’s schools and have grown onto adulthood, feel special to him.
Tom and his wife Yvonne live in Whitman and enjoy spending time with their many children and grandchildren.

Prior to starting his private practice in Bridgewater, Attorney Pellegrini served as Senior Attorney for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Gulf Oil, where he was primarily responsible for permitting and real estate, including site selection and acquisition, project team selection, schematic design, construction law, contracts, and related litigation. Robert has represented clients before the Architectural Access Board(ADA issues) and with respect to the Petroleum Marketers Act.
Rob currently serves as a Corporator for Bridgewater Savings Bank, where he serves on the Bylaw Committee. Rob is also a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and the Bridgewater Business Association. Rob is an active advisor to the American Society of Civil Engineers (Boston and Southeastern MA) and with the Massachusetts Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE), and is a contributor to Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine.
Rob enjoys outdoor activities with his two sons, Sam and Max, including boating, fishing and hiking. Rob enjoys blue water sailing, and has raced to Bermuda on several occasions.

Gary brings over twenty five years of experience and leadership in the financial services industry to The Accord School, along with an in-depth understanding of and global investment management industry operations, technology, regulations, project management, and quality control. Gary’s background in messaging and branding is advancing the school’s mission and direction.
Gary Casagrande
Jody graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Accounting and is a former cost accountant. She is the parent of two college aged children, one a former Accord School student. Jody is a board member of South Shore SNAP (Special Needs Athletic Partnership) and Wondermore. She resides in Hingham and enjoys traveling with her family.
Jody Trinchet
Tracy Caldwell is a powerful voice for women, the community, and people of color. Through spoken word, advocacy, and through her work in healthcare, Tracy unapologetically brings voice to the voiceless. As a poet, Tracy calls on depth and complexity. Her reflections on society and social justice are a call for attentiveness and action. Tracy has served as a poet-in-residence at The Accord School since 2016.
Tracy Caldwell
Dr. Weinstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University and then completed his medical studies at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He fulfilled his internship and residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and Harvard Community Health Care. Dr. Weinstein is Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
