Social Education Team

Katy Boucher
Year 10 at The Accord School

Katy founded The Accord School as a caring, connected learning community where middle schoolers are seen, understood, and valued for who they are.

Prior to The Accord School, Katy spent a decade leading Skills for Living, a social education center that inspired many professionals across the country to change the way social skills are taught. She is certified school counselor, and began her career in the Norwell Public Schools. Katy has extensive background knowledge and training in Social Thinking and related modalities, although she now creates original content for social education programs at The Accord School.

Katy received her undergraduate degree in Education and Psychology from Stonehill College and her Masters in Counseling from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a mom of two teenagers.

Greg Roaf
Year 10 at The Accord School

Greg has been teaching social and emotional programs in and around the Accord School for more than ten years.

A middle and high school math and ELA teacher by training, Greg found himself working at Skills for Living in 2012, leading gym games, making movies with kids, and supporting social education groups. After being trained on Social Thinking, Greg began to lead his own groups, and has been creating innovative programs ever since. Greg has been a Van Camp co-leader since the start.

Greg teaches high school math at South Shore Charter Public School and is the father of 4 young boys. He holds an undergraduate degree from Gordon College and a Master's in Education from Boston University.

Aidan Moore
Year 3 at The Accord School

Aidan is always on the move- he loves starting or joining in on any game in progress! His love for movement and fun quickly jumps to his students- he very quickly instills a deep respect for personal health and wellness on his students.

In addition to an undergraduate degree in kinesiology and psychology, Aidan holds certifications in health coaching, nutrition coaching, personal training, and youth fitness.

Aidan enjoys reading books about personal development.

Sophie Elliott
Year 3 at The Accord School

Sophie Elliott has long has a passion for working with children! She shares her time between The Accord School and working as a Behavior Therapist for children on the autism spectrum.

A lifelong resident of the South Shore, Sophie is a graduate of Norwell High School. In 2020, she earned her degree in psychology from Keene State College.

In her free time, Sophie enjoys playing with her dog, Hank, and painting.
