Adam Hayes
Board Chair

As the owner and operator of Milestones Realty, Adam has helped countless South Shore families through significant life transitions. 

The father of a fantastic young adult with special needs, Adam's understanding of true negotiating has been honored with doctors, hospitals, health plans, and school systems. 

Adam brings energy, empathy, and joy to every task he encounters.

Thomas Evans

Tom Evans is a retired educator, having served as a classroom teacher and building principal in East Bridgewater, Whitman, and Norwell. In addition to the time Tom currently spends volunteering at The Accord School working with students and teachers, Tom serves as a supervisor for many young teachers entering the field after graduation from Bridgewater State College.

Never one to forget a student, Tom has been a beloved educator to thousands- and always has a story or nickname for every one. Students, well after they have left Tom’s schools and have grown onto adulthood, feel special to him.

Tom and his wife Yvonne live in Whitman and enjoy spending time with their many children and grandchildren.

Debby Kerr, LICSW


Debby is a former full time teacher, part time farmer, and home builder. She graduated from the University of Vermont with her BS in Education and from Boston University with her Masters in Social Work. Debby has worked with children of all ages and learning styles and their parents and families for over 25 years. Most recently, she was a clinical social worker at MVPediatric and Wellness Center in Quincy.

Debby and her husband John have two adult children, two dogs, and many interests including skiing, yoga, gardening, reading, and traveling. They recently welcomed their first grandchild.

Phil Melanson

Phil joined South Shore Bank in 2008 as a Vice President and an Infinex Investment Executive after spending eight years at Bank of America Investment Services. Phil's mission is to act as the primary advisor to his clients in helping them define the direction of their financial life. Phil carries the Series 6,7,63,65 registrations and life, accident and health insurance licenses.

After attending Westfield State College, he entered the U.S. Coast Guard, spending seven years as an electronics technician with distinction. He resides in Weymouth MA and enjoys golf, cycling and spending time with his family.

Robert Pellegrini, Esq.


Prior to starting his private practice in Bridgewater, Attorney Pellegrini served as Senior Attorney for Cumberland Farms, Inc. and Gulf Oil, where he was primarily responsible for permitting and real estate, including site selection and acquisition, project team selection, schematic design, construction law, contracts, and related litigation. Robert has represented clients before the Architectural Access Board(ADA issues) and with respect to the Petroleum Marketers Act.

Rob currently serves as a Corporator for Bridgewater Savings Bank, where he serves on the Bylaw Committee. Rob is also a member of the Real Estate Bar Association (REBA) and the Bridgewater Business Association.  Rob is an active advisor to the American Society of Civil Engineers (Boston and Southeastern MA) and with the Massachusetts Society of Professional Engineers (MSPE), and is a contributor to Personal Real Estate Investor Magazine.

Rob enjoys outdoor activities with his two sons, Sam and Max, including boating, fishing and hiking. Rob enjoys blue water sailing, and has raced to Bermuda on several occasions.

Joseph Sullivan

Joe has over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance for a range of organizations including the Stop & Shop corporation. 

Whether he is working with numbers on a spreadsheet or kids on a ball field, Joe approaches  situations with respect and concern.

Jody Trinchet

Jody graduated from Lehigh University with a degree in Accounting and is a former cost accountant. She is the parent of two high school aged children, one a former Accord School student. Jody is a board member of South Shore SNAP (Special Needs Athletic Partnership) and has been active in school PTO and her daughter’s high school gymnastics booster club. She resides in Hingham and enjoys traveling with her family.

Bruce Weinstein, MD


Dr. Weinstein graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brown University and then completed his medical studies at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He fulfilled his internship and residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston and Harvard Community Health Care. Dr. Weinstein is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Weinstein currently serves as the President of the Board of Directors at Compass Medical.
